In The Middle

A photo journal of struggle, healing, and self-rediscovery.

About

This

Project

This project is not created by a team or a brand. It’s created by one person. Someone who grew up in the middle of family conflict, emotional pressure, and internal chaos.

The Life in the Middle is a long-term personal photo journal exploring my journey through ADHD, emotional struggles, arrogance, fear of failure, and quiet resilience. These photos and writings are my attempt to process, to reflect, and maybe, to help someone else feel a little less alone.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a timeline of healing.
It may take 5 years, or maybe 10. I’m okay with that.
Because healing is slow. So is photography.

These photographs aren’t just about pain. They’re about the process of healing, too. I want each image to hold both the weight of struggle and the hope of change. This is a slow journey, and the gallery will grow with time, just like I am.

Gallery

Every image in this gallery is a reflection of what it means to be in the middle. Between two sides, between identities, between who I was and who I’m becoming. I grew up in the middle of conflict, expectations, and silence. Through this project, I’m trying to give that space a voice.

Sharing the quiet truths behind each image. Writing through struggle, reflection, and the slow process of healing.
